POWERADE TIGERS rule the CEBU TOURNAMENT with a 105-90 win over the ALASKA ACES. They end up with 2-1 record, same with victim CEBU NINOS.

PETRON BLAZE BOOSTERS will face SHOPINAS.com CLICKERS on WEDNESDAY (Sept28) at the ACROPOLIS at around 9 AM.

DONDON HONTIVEROS will don his favorite number 7 jersey anew. NOY BACLAO will use 27.


MERALCO BOLTS to tally 8 pre-season tune-up games. Theyeither face BMEG or PETRON this week. Finally, with ASI and BALLESTEROS in the team.


Aside from SOLOMON MERCADO, another injured key MERALCO BOLT is REYNEL HUGNATAN. He's already undergoing knee strengthening.



SOLOMON MERCADO did not join team's last 2 games in CEBU after suffering a knee injury. He was sent back to MANILA for MRI SCAN.
